Rudest, most combative office staff I’ve ever seen. Arrived 10 minutes early. Doctor obviously running late. Waiting room full, many people on sign-in list ahead of me. Asked receptionist how long the wait was (had to be home in 1 hour 15 minutes to meet kids after school). "There's no wait. The doctor's not running late." Waited 20 minutes. Receptionist called to give new-patient paperwork. Asked again how long wait was. Still many people in front of me. Receptionist said there was no wait. I pointed out it was 2:10 and my appointment was 2:00, so obviously there was a wait. Receptionist said the wait was only for new patients who took a long time to fill out paperwork. I said I had not been given any paperwork, so the delay until then had nothing to do with filling out paperwork. Receptionist told me to go to a different doctor. As I was leaving, the receptionist loudly said something like, "That's the way we do it in this office." Never had such bad treatment in a doctor’s office.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
