I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was able to relax very easily. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

I have seen Dr Chandler for years now for pain. He is always looking for better ways to help me with the problems I have and at times has been a exceptional in helping with a problem. He will spend the time with you in the office, always listens to what you are saying which is what many doctors do not do but he does and has a staff that is always friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend him to anyone who is having pain problems.

No. It took me several times to get through.

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They were cold and very stand-offish and I did not feel welcome or comfortable during my appointment.
