Dying doesn't scare me, it's the slow deterioration process that proceeds it that motivates me to live healthy. I've seen too many people barely able to crawl out of a car so I practice yoga. I've watched people crippled by their unhealthy lifestyle so I do aerobic and anarobic activity. Lastly, I see people disintegrate into themselves so I weight train. It's a pain in the butt, but the alternative is worse.
