The MD himself is not bad, but his office staff leaves much to be desired. The front office staff is rude, unprofessional, and to be frank "ignorant" when it comes to patient service. Often when they speak to you it's as if they are doing you a favor. Crass and surly is not what I expect when dealing with my MD's staff, but that's what I get every time I go here. I have spoken to the MD about this but it falls on deaf ears because things have just gotten worse not better. It's a shame, because the physician himself is not a bad provider.
