Dr Kathryn Calhoun, who enjoyed five fulfilling years of teaching fifth graders, embarked on a transformative journey to become a physician. During medical school rotations, her heart was drawn to obstetrics patients, where she found the profound joy of nurturing women through pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond. During residency at the University of Cincinnati, Dr Calhoun worked on a research project focused on outcomes of fertility care. Dr Calhoun sees adolescents and adults for the full range of obstetric and gynecologic care. She is particularly interested in addressing abnormal uterine bleeding and contraceptive management.
