Thomas Shockely, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, who received his fellowship training at the Atlanta Sports Medicine Center. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and a general surgery internship at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. Dr Shockley is trained in some of the most advanced sports medicine procedures. In addition to sports medicine, Dr Shockley evaluates and treats general orthopedic problems including fractures and arthritis.
