Saif Hassan, MD, FACS
Dr Saif Hassan is a board-certified general surgeon who earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Baghdad College of Medicine in Iraq in 2006. He completed a transitional internship year at Jordan University Hospital in 2007 and then had the opportunity to come to the United States where he participated in clinical research at Baylor College of Medicine as a Research Postdoctoral Fellow until 2011. He completed his General Surgery internship in 2012 and his General Surgery residency in 2016 at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He is also certified in the DaVinci robotic surgery system. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold in 2021, he was a General Surgery associate at Surgical Group of The Woodlands.
