Hailey is a licensed and board-certified genetic counselor, specializing in prenatal genetics at Carilion Clinic since June 2018. She graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine with a degree in Medical and Molecular Genetics. Hailey is an Instructor at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, teaching medical students and OBGYN residents.
