Prior to his dermatology residency at Temple University Skin and Cancer Hospital in Philadelphia he graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, performed a one-year internal medicine residency, and a surgical residency. Dr Milstein has experience in cancer surgery, cosmetic surgery, sclerotherapy, chemical peels, laser surgery and skin rejuvenation. He currently incorporates a variety of lasers into his practice to treat skin concerns. An avid tennis player, Dr Milstein participated as a clinical investigator in several research studies.
