January of 1999, Dr. Huls was badly injured from a one-vehicle auto accident in South Dakota. At high speeds their vehicle crashed into a culvert bridge, flipped and landed on the opposing side of the waterway. All together, Dr. Huls fractured his right ankle, femur in 3 places, pelvis in the front and back (sprung pelvis), 2nd lumbar vertebra, 7th thoracic vertebra and sternum. He spent over one week in critical condition, but rapidly recovered with Chiropractic care and a drive to succeed!
Since that time Dr. Huls has continuously been pursuing tools that not only relieve pain and symptoms, but also enhance quality of life and improve an individual's vitality.

Dr. Huls received both his Bachelors of Science and Doctorate of Chiropractic degrees from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. His inspiration comes from helping families reach optimal health and fulfillment through Chiropractic and Wellness. Dr. Huls is currently the only professional in the region to be a Certified Chiropractic Wellness Lifestyle Practitioner. To accomplish this, he focused additional education in the areas of Chiropractic Technique ad well as nutrition, exercise and the mind-body connection. We take care of all ages from infants to seniors. We also have the ability to handle auto injury cases.
