At Jacksonville ENT Surgery (JENTS), we are dedicated to giving patients and referring physicians’ outstanding service. Our Board Certified Providers will listen, answer questions, and outline treatment plans that utilize “state of the art” ear, nose, and throat technology.
We offer convenient, quality surgical and non-surgical care at multiple facilities throughout Northeast Florida. Our 5 locations provide easy access to patients throughout Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau, Flagler, Putnam, Baker, and Columbia counties, as well as South Georgia.
We participate in many managed care plans and is a provider for Medicare, Medicaid and most commercial insurances.

Balloon Sinuplasty
Balloon Sinuplasty is a breakthrough procedure that relieves the pain and pressure associated with chronic sinusitis. Balloon Sinuplasty, a system of FDA‐cleared, catheter‐based instruments, opens blocked sinuses. The procedure is less invasive than traditional sinus surgery and can be performed in the office. Dr. Greene is the First Coast Leader in Balloon Sinuplasty. As a result, JENTS has been designated as a “Sinus Center of Excellence.” Dr. Greene has performed thousands of Ballon Sinuplasty procedures, lectured at the international sinus forum, performed numerous webinars and provided other educational services to ENT physicians throughout the US who were interested in becoming proficient with this amazing technology.
Hearing and Balance
Hearing Loss, Vertigo, and Tinnitus are common ENT problems. Hearing loss affects one in every ten Americans. According to the NIH, about 40% of people in the US experience dizziness at least once in their lifetime. Thirty million Americans have tinnitus, many of whom are told it cannot be helped. Our Hearing and Balance Services include:
- ENG (electronystagmography) and Vestibular Testing
- Comprehensive hearing evaluations, Otoacoustic emissions, and impendance testing
- Tinnitus Masking
- Custom Ear Plugs
- Video otoscopy for detailed viewing of the ear canal
- Full line of hearing aids, specializing in digital hearing aid technology including assistive listening devices
- Balance Plate Screening
Diagnostic Imaging
JENTS offers Diagnostic Computed Tomography (CT) Scanning at our “flagship” Lake Mead Facility. Our low radiologic emission technology provides rapid, detailed analysis by our physicians and board certified Neuro-Radiologist of sinus, nasal, middle ear, skull base, mastoid and temporal bone problems.
