They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
