Dr. Thadani received his Medical Degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences and he holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health (M.P.H.) from Yale University School of Medicine.
He received his training in Ophthalmology at Georgetown University and Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. where he served as Chief Resident. His pursued fellowship training at the Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston and The New England Eye Center in Boston, MA.
Dr. Thadani is a speaker at professional conferences and has been published in peer reviewed journals and academic textbooks. He is an invited guest lecturer on the care of eye diseases on local television and radio shows. He has served as a speaker and thought leader for Bausch and Lomb and as a guest lecturer at Georgetown University and Washington Hospital Center.
Dr. Thadani regularly holds continuing education seminars for the optometry community and spends time volunteering his services in the community to provide education and screenings on diseases such as Glaucoma and Diabetic Eye Disease. He also dedicates time for surgical mission trips to help those in underserved areas of the world.

Dr. Sunil Thadani is a board certified Ophthalmologist and a Fellowship Trained Cornea Specialist and Eye Surgeon.
