Dr. Vora is an exceptional Hematologist. I am impressed with how quickly my calls and emails are answered. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. He and his staff are always polite and extremely helpful in explaining medical jargon, which I really appreciate. Dr. Vora really went above and beyond in making my mother feel valued and important. I have to say this is one of the friendliest and knowledgeable doctors I have come across and I work in the medical profession.
