My appointment was fantastic. I got to Lisa's office a few minutes early and was seen exactly at my appointment time. We discussed my lifestyle and habits as well as my experiences and then talked a l ot about goals and how to meet and sustain them. I left her office armed with knowledge about my metabolic rate, a goal of how many calories (and what kinds) I should be aiming for daily, tips/tricks to help me navigate dieting yet remaining social (something that is very important for me) and food guidlines to help me make wise decisions about my meals. I left feeling motivated and hopeful that when I walk back into her office in two weeks time, the number on the scale will have certainly decreased.
Lisa was genuinely nice and full of knowledge. She took her time explaining every aspect of what she was informing me about and had a friendly demeanor. I would absolutely recommend anyone to her and am happy I myself was referred to her.
