I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. It felt like somebody playing at being a doctor.
I was told that my appointment included a massage. Nope.
I was not informed that the first visit was only for assessment and that I would not be adjusted until the second visit, so I was unprepared to take additional time (and money) to get a simple adjustment. I complained. I did not yell. I did not curse. I also gave feedback on the toxic odor present due to recent painting - I found it difficult to breathe and got a headache, They seem unconcerned.
When I came for the second appointment - leaving work early and important tasks unfinished - I had to wait an hour, only to be told that they would not be able to treat me if I continued to disrespect them. WTF? Making me wait an hour while two other people were late for their appointments (ie: disrespectful) was not disrespectful to ME??? I'm thinking they should not be in a hands-on profession if they don't understand that customers will not be docile lemmings jumping through their silly hoops. (They wanted me to watch a five minute video explaining chiropractic before I could be seen the first visit. ) The extensive intake did not cover a chronic condition nor the fact that I have been receiving chiropractic since before this boy was born.
