The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. During my adjustments, they completely ignored the area where I was experiencing pain, which is the whole reason I went there. They just tried to sell me on a bunch of other stuff that had nothing to do with my condition. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I was really disappointed that they just gave me very general adjustments that didn't address my condition at all. They should have customized their treatment more.
