I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

I have been a patient of Dr. Norma's for 13 years. She has treated me for RA and many other issues including nerve damage and pain. I tell everybody I know she is the only doctor I look forward to going to because I always feel better when I leave than when I went in. Dr. Norma is very caring and compassionate and very knowledgable. She has a heart of gold! Thanks Dr. Norma!!!!!! You're the best :D Debbie T.
