They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
