Dental staff is great. The issues I have is with their billing. They cannot seem to get that part right. Still having issues with them billing me for services that my insurance company already paid them for. It is going on for three months now of still dealing with billing issues.....that for me is frustrating!!!! I have even provided them with the documentation, but the matter is stilll not resolved!!!

I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. Would definitely recommend Rice Creek Family Dentistry to anyone out there.
