we spent over $360 last visit on 1-27-14 and had all our dogs shots, but there printer was not working and said they did not get the new rabbi tags yet??? so I could come back, in a few days they would call me. well its been several weeks now . no tags no response back . several calls I did a drive bye, not open . now u get a disconnect recording . thinking of reporting them. If they are closing , think they at least could notify their customers . really pissed off at this point actually thinking of calling contact 6 . I feel they at least owe me my tags and paper work of up to date shots. my dog does not like going to vet anyways and might have to go thru shots again . pissed off!!!
I noticed their credentials and diplomas as soon as I walked in the door. I immediately felt even more confident that I was taking my pet to someone who knew what they were talking about. I liked how convenient their parking was. I found a spot right away. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
HOWEVER...the owner of the place is very OUT OF PLACE! She is very opinionated, wanted us to go to the emergency vet immediately when Dr. Jody had already discussed the treatment (NOT the emergency vet). She also talked about how one of their clients went to the emergency vet only to pay $8000 and the dog died. Who says that to customers that are there with their dog? I felt very pressured by her and just wanted her away from us. She may be the owner, but she is not a vet and she should not undermine or advise something other that what the vet is advising!!!
