I loved that they took their time with my pet, and didn’t rush the appointment at all. They made sure my pet was relaxed and that all my questions were answered. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I found their building within a matter of seconds, and I didn’t get lost on the way there once. The directions they gave me were very clear and accurate.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their office staff was friendly enough . The vet I seen didn't help me at all and didn't answer any of my questions. She was to busy telling me what a horrible dog I had and I should put a choke collar on him. Oh by the way my puppy weighed 7 pounds and was 6 months old. He is a toy. She was afraid of him because he was stareing at her and she said to me Iam going to have problems with him. She brought him back and said he was aggressive and that he peed on the table and he needs a choke collar and a muzzle. Look if you dont small dogs you shouldn't be a vet... The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The vet that I seen was a young girl that was very rude and was horrible with my puppy. I will never step foot again in that office with my pets...............The front office staff was friendly but the vet was horrible...I found another vet would doesn't have any problems with my dog he is now almost a year and still only weighs 9 pounds. When she brought him back in the room she was dragging him by the lease and started in on me about him. She couldn't even pick him up to bring him back to me... What a great Vet she needs some more schooling I think.........Terrible experience........for me and my pet...................................................
