Very good forensic evaluator. Excellent testimony. Gives expert opinion in those he's evaluated that is fair and reflects the assessment testing and clinical interview he's conducted.

Dr. McClung defiantly worked both sides of the system. Positive he was asking questions of me and my children from OC and my attorney. Hard to believe he had my best interest at hand. He did welcome the $$ I shelled out. He also had a cell phone I saw that was on and laying on the table during interviews. Was not a smart phone, so he was not using it as a recorder, someone else was listening in. When I noticed it he covered it up with a piece of paper. It was obvious the phones was on, and active.
Allowing some else to listen to my minor children describe their mother/father in a counseling session is malpractice.
Dr. McClung was hired as my expert witness. Very doubtful he was working in my favor. Outcome in court was ok, but still not playing above board.
