I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They answered a few of my questions but I could have used more information. I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest.

I noticed their credentials up on the wall right away. It made me even more confident that I was seeing someone who was qualified. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I left my appointment feeling very hopeful and optimistic. I was very pleased with the way it went. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
