I made an appointment for 90 minutes, Ariana was 15 minutes late arriving to the facility. Her room was cluttered with boxes stacked on top of each other, and clutter everywhere. The sheets on the table were stained. The room was freezing, and the massage was terrible. She talked me into starting with accupressure which I am familiar with, it was terrible. Her finger nails were too long and it hurt. The massage was also terrible. I asked that she spend extra time on my lower back and hamstrings...she literally spent about 2 minutes on each leg. She was wearing so many necklaces and bracelets they clanked together the entire time, (no music!!) and she was wearing blue jeans, heals and blouse...she looked like she was going out. I was so frustrated I told her I had to cut the session short due to getting started late...I just wanted out of there. And if all of that wasn't bad enough I asked her how much I owed her she said $70.00 I handed her a 100 and she didn't have change!! I was so frustrated I just said "keep it" and left....no way I could recomend her.

I began seeing Ariana for massages (Krashada method) several months ago and have been amazed at how renewed and energized I feel afterwards. In fact, I have made my visits a regular part of my routine...taking care of my body like I would my car or my house. Good idea! I made an appointment for my regular massage but decided to venture into acupuncture -- something I'd never before experienced. I am a piano player and have the beginning stages of Arthritis in my left pinky. I've been feeling some stiffness in both hands lately when I practice. Along with an overall treatment of acupuncture, Ariana gave me a special treatment in my hands. After our gig Saturday night I texted her to tell her that my fingers were "light on the keys" all evening. No pain or restricted movement. After my sessions I ALWAYS feel positively great. To complete the package, Ariana's personality is upbeat, genuine and refreshing.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely! I feel better than I ever have!

Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive
