I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. When I arrived for my appointment the staff seemed to be waiting for me and I didn't have to wait at all. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were absolutely amazing and make other acupuncturists look like beginners. Everything is done right and it's such a pleasant experience.
