Not much was accomplished during my pet's appointment, and it left me dissatisfied. I was very upset when they offered me an appt. for my cat and after I left they called me back and said I couldn't have the appt. because the Doctor didn't have enough time for my cat, and told me I would have to take my cat to the emergency vet. I couldn't believe they where going to make me take my cat to the emergency vet during regular business hours!!!!! Isn't that why we have a Doctor? Lets just say, I changed my cat's vet the next day.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. One thing I liked about this vet was that they definitely care about the comfort of the pet owner, because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting.
