Sometimes we outgrow the patterns and behaviors that have sustained us for a long time: what worked previously no longer applies. Talk therapy as well as action methods can help update and change old coping behaviors that have outgrown their usefulness. I offer honest and caring feedback in a nurturing environment with the intention of building an alliance and a safe space for you to find your voice, your heart, and your spontaneity.

I am a licensed mental health counselor with my masters in family systems counseling from Leadership Institute of Seattle (associated with Bastyr University). I am also a certified practitioner of psychodrama, sociometry, and group psychotherapy. My practice includes individual adults, couples, and group therapy.
