I am a licensed clinical psychologist trained in different forms of traditional psychotherapy, and specializing in Health Psychology and Behavioral Medicine. My therapeutic approach is present-focused (i.e. what you can do now to effectively change), down to Earth, and utilizes your current skills and strengths in flexible, unique, and creative ways.
I specialize in helping individuals (adults and adolescents) and couples modify the patterns or "parts" of their lives that hold back their success. Experience has taught me that the simplest approach is often the best approach, and there is no need to reinvent the wheel or fix what's not broken. This makes for less stress and more success.
