With over 20 years of clinical experience, I provide a positive and non-judgmental therapeutic environment centered around each client's individual needs and circumstances. Everybody gets the blues or feels a little anxious sometimes, but there are other times or situations when an objective, well-trained ear is necessary. I have experience dealing with a wide variety of emotionally stressful situations like pre-marital and marital therapy, overwhelmed working parents, infidelity issues, caretaker stress, and anxiety coping strategies.

Services I provide outpatient counseling services. Sessions are generally 50 minutes long. I am a provider for most insurance plans. In the event your insurance policy does not cover counseling,and you must pay out of pocket, 3, 5, and 8 session pre-paid packages are available at a reduced hourly rate. I accept checks, cash, Visa and Mastercard as payment for services.
