Our facility is conveniently located in a beautiful, historic home in the heart of downtown Cornelius with ample private parking. We treat patients ranging from infants to seniors, including expectant mothers and professional athletes. Dr. Mitchel Kuhn, the only male Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician in the Lake Norman area, is also a third generation Chiropractor. In addition to being a CCSP, Dr. Kuhn also holds specialized certifications in Graston Soft Tissue Technique, Activator Technique, Cox Flexion Distraction Technique and Kinesio Taping. At Kuhn Sport & Spine, we offer chiropractic manipulation, the newest in digital x-ray technology, soft tissue techniques and taping, rehabilitative therapy, sports injury prevention, electrical muscle stimulation, prenatal and pediatric care, nutritional counseling, professional "Designs for Health" Supplementation, massage therapy and non-force adjusting.
