The veterinarian seemed irritated with my questions and was very unprofessional. The prices were too high, it took forever and smelled horrible! I was not happy with the service at all!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Is food and water always available for your pet at this veterinarian's office?
Always, there's no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here. They have bowls all over the office.
Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions?
Yes, they always have specials going on
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
