They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

I have done business with this company on behalf of my disabled son. He is a large man with unique needs. We needed a hoyer lift for him. The company sent a manual lift circa 1970's with a pad that would not hold a person 5ft tall, weighing 100lbs. When called the response was basically take it or leave it. When I described the needed equipment ( a cross over canvas hoyer pad rated for min. 450lbs. they did not know what I, or the home health nurse were talking about. This type of pad has been in use for the last 20-30 years that I am aware of.
The ignorance and attitude I and those who serve my son received have made this one company I would NEVER do business with again.
I would recommend you take your business anywhere but here.
