Horrible experience ....if you have a choice .....save yourself the hassle and find another supplier!! I am trying to get some much needed basic medical equipment (bed & mattress) The original order was placed on or before 09/07/15. Three weeks pass and nothing, not even a phone call confirming the order. I call them to follow up on the order. I was told they were short handed and my order was due for delivery next Tuesday (the call was placed on thursday) I reviewed the orders and all the equipment types and specifics of the order were discussed in detail. Monday, I call to get an estimated time that they would be delivering product. I was told that delivery wasn't scheduled at all. I explained prior calls and was promised delivery on Wednesday. I reviewed the orders and the equipment specifics again. Wednesday late afternoon they finally show up. I am seriously confused because they brought me the exact same equipment that I already have. I explained the differences and sent back the wrong items and inquired about the missing items. The items they brought me were suppose to be new, but they were not. There was some type of fluids that were all over the bed frame. Driver cleaned them only AFTER I complained about it. GROSS!!! I called and spoke to them and explained the issues and was PROMISED to have all the missing and correct equipment by that Friday afternoon. WELL it's now three weeks later and I still haven't received ANY ADDITIONAL or ANY MISSING equipment. This not anything crazy that has been ordered, just standard items like bed rails!!! Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR ORDER IN UNDER A THREE MONTH TIME FRAME and that's probably a generous amount of time, as it will most likely will be MUCH longer OR NOT AT ALL..

Worst service ever!!!! Have been waiting for months to get Capp. Hard to contact. Repeating each time, "We will deliver as soon as we get it." Where do they get their supplies? Why don't they have equipment on hand?
