Considering on their Facebook page the highest amount of stars they received was 1, I'd be suspicious that some of these reviews are false. My daughter has been battling cancer most of her life, it's left her handicapped. We went to DR Medical to have her fitted for leg braces. First they fitted her for the braces they preferred, not the braces she was prescribed. So, we had to come back and have her fitted again. After not hearing back, I called to see if they had come in yet, the doctor has since stopped returning my calls. It's been a month, my daughter has trouble walking, and pretty severe nerve damage in her feet, she's going without the medical equipment she needs because DR Medical promised to get them for her, but for whatever reason couldn't/wouldn't deliver. The whole experience has been horrible. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. I'm going to have to take my daughter elsewhere and start this process over from the beginning. I don't know how a man, who admitted to me he has children, could treat another child in this way. He doesn't deserve to be in business. It's sickening to me someone could treat handicapped people in this way, if you look on their Facebook page you'll see we aren't the only people he's done this to.
Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it.
