It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine
Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair?
Yes, I thought it was fair
