Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt about the process after I left. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
