As a mental health therapist I am honored to be part of my client's journey. I practice from a strengths-based approach and believe every client has unique traits and gifts that can be utilized during the therapeutic process.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults and families experiencing a variety of mental health issues. I have specialized in helping clients with eating disorders. I also have a strong interest in working with families experiencing divorce, as well as individuals who have survived sexual abuse or sexual assault.
I believe in meeting clients where they are at in their journey and helping them rediscover the inner resources and skills they have in order to overcome their current struggles and obstacles so that a more authentic life can be lived.
