Office too big for their needs. Staff disorganized and it takes forever for them to acknowledge your presence. Very unprofessional. Physician did not examine me, was arrogant and did not listen to my input. Feel my input was dismissed and I was prescribed the wrong medication, as well as being misdiagnosed. Sent to their "lab" in the building, but was not directed to their cryptic location. Staff assumed I knew where to have labs done and were irritated I had to even ask. It is assumed you know you will be getting an email with your end-of-visit physician instruction and access to your labs and etc. on their website. No sign-in was given and no access to any information was given. The physician instruction given in the email note was unprofessional. Had to walk in and pick up my lab results to make sure I received them. Staff has no medical information release form. Would I recommend them, no. I should have taken the information prior to my review (on this site) seriously. It was dead on. Find a better provider.
