Boyce Anthony Nance started The Elan Group Salon 20 years ago in Raleigh, NC bringing hair design and professionalism into the Raleigh area. He formed many lasting friendships with his clients and treated them like family until he passed away in 2019. Mindy Pollard, his long-time friend and fellow stylist, is continuing his vision as head stylist at The Elan Group Salon.

I have been using The Elan Group Salon for 10 years, with Mindy Pollard being my hairstylist. Mindy is professional and easy to talk to. She is experienced with a multitude of different hair styles and she is a color expert. She makes you feel like a part of her family as soon as you talk to her. She is welcoming, offers wine or water to make you comfortable, and listens to what you want, offers suggestions, and will always do what she can to accommodate your preferences.

I've been a client of the salon for 10 years. The staff is very professional, and offer all the services of larger salons.
