Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. The office was easy enough to find. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is, exactly what you get. Bad customer service. I went in the first time only to get my roots covered and came out with my ends light and roots were NOT covered. I went back the next day and told the owner and she said she did not have time to take care of it that day, I would have to come back and let original stylist fix it. I went back next day and she put a darker color on my hair. They have HORRIBLE lighting so I really couldn't see how bad it was until I stepped outside. My front part of my hair was almost black but when I parted it in the middle and lifted it up - My bottom portion of my hair was light brown? I went back into the salon and told her I want my money back. She said she didn't have time to take care of me right now I would have to come back the next day. I went back the next and they finally gave me a refund! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO THERE - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
