I think it is a wonderful facility with very nice, friendly and I have yet to meet a staff person that wasn't any of these. The rooms are clean, beds made and nothing is left out of place. Found out yesterday that they even leave little notes on where the person is if they are not in the facility. My dad is a resident there after transferring from another care facility and Willow Dale is 95% better than the previous one, a bit farther for my family to travel, but well worth it. They seem to care about him, get to him when he pushes the button, etc... In fact, my brother and I certainly think that if the staff continues this in the future that in another 30-40 years or so we are thinking this is where we would want to go for a care facility in our old age-not sure how many people can say that.
