I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed a bit out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. Most, but not every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful for the most part. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. We finally chose them anyway, and now I'm sorry, because our family member was only there for a few months and died from a fall (pushed). DON'T GO!
