My friend was here for a year and a half before she passed away peacefully at 102 years old, and she was well taken care of. She was also in the care of VITAS Hospice, and they, too were wonderful. The wing she was on was older but clean and satisfactory. I found the nurses to be mostly attentive and caring, and the CNA's were the absolute BEST. Calling the nurse's station to get any information was impossible, as I could never get through to anybody, that was my only real complaint. Overall the entire staff was kind, attentive and willing to help in any way possible.

Employee's seem to be very rude. Not sensitive to residents. Poor communication between staff.
