I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. If someone asked me to suggest a good nursing home in the area, it wouldn't be this place. They don't deserve a recommendation in my opinion. This nursing home does not pay their residents bills that they are responsible for. I have been fighting for two years to get a bill paid. I left several messages for Charles Slagel, the administrator and have not received a return phone on the matter.
