I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
