i am writing this because my mother is being abused at the Shelton Hewitt physicality. They refuse to give her milk with her breakfast of oatmeal, they refuse to give her coffee in the morning and they refused to bring her to bingo with portable oxygen . the do not even offer excused they just NEVER SHOW BACK UP IN HER ROOM.
I do not know why this place is still open, I have watched all the residents being abuse, hollered at, and the meals are dropped off and people cannot even pick up a fork to eat them. the only thing people do there is die for lack of car.
It is impossible to rate a place that does nothing for the residents.
