They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
