The facility did not have the medications needed by the patient. Meds were not given on time. Never got a cover sheet for the bed. Understaffed. Response time to patient's buzzer varies from 10- 20 minutes. Facilities are not exceptional clean once you go past the entrance. Rooms are not sanitized well."Pee sheets" locked up and unavailable to patient. I'm not sure how this place received any good ratings. Definitely a thumbs down.
