The facility is very disorganized. The CNAs were nice but the doctor did not show up for 2 days and when he did he knew nothing and was acting like he did not even want to be there. No one writes notes in the chart to let other shifts know what is going on. So, when you ask a question everyone just says they don't know, including the so called doctor? We are moving our loved one ASAP.
